This session introduces an agentic AI approach that ingests procedure-level supply consumption data, detects cost variance, benchmarks surgeons fairly against peers, and simulates standardisation savings, all within a single orchestrated workflow. Grounded in real perioperative data spanning 1.64 million procedures, the session demonstrates a path from identified opportunity to realised savings.
