CSCE — Council of Supply Chain Executives, October 2026

Genesis at the Council of Supply Chain Executives

For more than 22 years, the Council of Supply Chain Executives has brought 40–50 senior health system supply chain leaders together for candid, closed-door conversations with the companies building the next generation of supply chain tools. Genesis will be in the room.

Why CSCE matters

In the room with the leaders shaping what's next

CSCE is not a trade show; it is a private executive council run by IHES LLC. Each meeting seats a curated group of 40–50 Chief Supply Chain Officers, VPs of Supply Chain, and system-level procurement and logistics leaders in a room with a small number of companies, built around unfiltered, closed-door feedback rather than booth traffic. Founded more than 22 years ago, CSCE has stayed a consistent size and format through every major disruption in healthcare supply chain, from the 2008 financial crisis through COVID-era shortages to today's shift toward AI.

Genesis is participating in the October 2026 meeting to hear directly from the health system leaders shaping what comes next in supply chain technology, and to bring something worth their critique. If Genesis holds a Company Panel session, we plan to bring:

  • A working look at how Genesis Data, Genesis Sourcing, and Genesis Inventory operate as one platform on a single governed item master, rather than three point solutions stitched together after the fact — and an honest account of where the seams still show.
  • The two structural differentiators we're building toward: a unified data model spanning the full Clinical Lifecycle, and full clinical traceability from receipt to point of care.
  • Where Genesis Intelligence stands today versus roadmap: automated signal detection and cross-customer benchmarking are live now; natural language query and autonomous optimization proposals sit on an 18 to 36 month horizon.
  • A direct ask for feedback on where the platform's contract enforcement and EDI Authority workflows would or wouldn't hold up inside a system as large and complex as the ones represented in the room.

The format

What happens at a CSCE meeting

There is no published agenda in the way a trade show publishes one, because the value of CSCE is the closed-door format itself. Executives attending can expect the following.

Meeting Format

Private Company Panel sessions

ABSTRACT

One company at a time, no competing vendors in the room.

Meeting Format

Facilitated peer roundtables

ABSTRACT

Health system leaders comparing notes on the same operational challenges.

Meeting Format

Real-time surveying and candid feedback

ABSTRACT

Candid input and real-time surveying that goes directly back to the presenting company's product and go-to-market teams.
